    Anti-Spin Diff vs. E-Locker

Anti-Spin Differential Rear Axle - The rear differential can be locked with an electronic actuator so both rear wheels receive equal torque all the time for enhanced traction. Does this make sense? Does the LSD on these trucks have an electronic actuator to provide equal torque all the time...

    4WD auto?

I have a question for everyone. My truck is supposed to have the limited slip rear differential. With this differential should it even be possible for the rear axle to lock? What’s happening with my truck seems to be similar to what would happen if it had the locker differential and it were...

    4WD auto?

There has been no update as of about one week ago. As others have mentioned the manual states that 4WD auto can be used all the time. There was no noticeable difference between 2WD and 4WD auto on another truck we drove to compare to mine. My truck will not idle through a turn in 4WD auto.

    4WD auto?

The technicians contacted STAR and STAR said they were aware of the binding issue and were working on an update to address it. I didn’t get an ETA, just that it would be released soon. I’ll need to take it back in once it is released. I was advised not to use 4wd auto for now.

    4WD auto?

I have my truck back, but we are waiting on a software update from FCA that addresses the issue. It sounds like the manufacturer is aware of this issue and is working on an update to hopefully fix it.

    4WD auto?

I purchased my truck eight days ago and it is currently at the dealership for this same issue. The truck definitely binds in 4WD auto. The 4WD auto and 4WD hi modes behave in exactly the same way. It's been driven by multiple people at the dealership and compared to other trucks on the lot, and...

    Auto 4wd, leave it on?

I'm also experiencing this issue and my truck is currently at the dealership for troubleshooting. Multiple people have driven it at the dealer and we have compared it to other trucks on the lot. There is definitely something wrong, but so far it has not been diagnosed. 4WD auto and 4WD hi are...
