I noticed that same thing as well. The first few times it happened it took me by surprise, but I know it happens if you don't come to a complete stop for 1 second. Sad to say this didn't happen to my 2016.
Just another nail in the coffin. RAM continues to disappoint.
At least all this reading has confirmed that I am not the only one having this issue with my 2019 RAM.
I did take this to the dealer and the reply I got was " the factory has confirmed there is a problem and is working on a solution. You will be notified when one becomes available"

I've been a Chrysler man for as long as I can remember. Maybe wasn't popular among my peers but makes no difference to me.
Driving a 2019 RAM 1500 now, but owned a 2016, 2013, and not to mention Jeeps, vans, etc.
RAM truly is my favorite, and hopefully will continue to be.
