If a dealership needs to engage in deception and dishonesty to sell goods and services you know they're pushing crap. Unfortunately it's all too common and people don't fight back.

Here's the unit removed from my vehicle it was marketed as "Elo GPS" but has the same logo as the one you pictured. Ironically Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram a few blocks away markets these units as "Theft Patrol" same ****e different pile.
I believe he did get the money back. The check hadnt cleared when this video was made.
Please understand the refund wasn't issued because of their commitment to customer service but because of the potential economic impact even a few potential customers seeing the flyer could make.
