Yeah, the email is legitimate - I get them too. Occasionally when I open the app the fault does show, so it is an intermittent problem I'm experiencing.

The device is working properly by connecting when the connection is available, the truck shouldn't be available when powered off. Why is there a WIFI and a Bluetooth connection to be made when the truck is powered off? That would be where I focused my troubleshooting time.

Cover landed and was correct - all installed now! Looks like just poor communication from Realtruck mixed with supply chain issues. Got a good enough price that I may look to them again for ordering.

My dealer quoted 6 months as well - I ordered 2/7 and it's currently on a train to TN.

I'd assume the dealer website is incorrect and it doesn't actually have the power fold feature.
