Update from FCA, they have engaged my dealer and apparently "are working on a resolution to this issue", fingers crossed as I'm wondering if there is enough momentum now to actually get this resolved directly from the source! Cautiously optimistic at the moment!
Email sent to FCA on this as well as now that I read into it and realize what I paid for doesn't make sense. I have a level 2 package that should have had power folding, camera-equipped mirrors and since I got the trailer tow package I ended up getting cheap, manual folding mirrors with no 360...
Looks like as long as the Accessory (or Run) is enabled on the ignition, the outlet is hot and had enough watts / amps to power my laptop which draws a good 90W / 1.6 amps (y)
Not sure how long I'd do this as I know the battery is taking a good hit but it's nice to have.

So far the payload is the only mark against my wonderful new RAM. Sitting at 1515 for a Big Horn 6'4 5.7l no E-torque 4x4 Crew with the following options: 5 pass seating, LED group, Bed Utility, Level 2 Package, 3.92 Diff + Anti-Spin, Sunroof, Rear Wheel liners, Side-steps, 33 gal tank, NAV...
I just took delivery of a 4x4 Big Horn 6'4 box well optioned with total MSRP at 57,075 and ended up at 46,199 before tax. This included 4,250 in the set of rebates I qualified for. While I feel if I had more time to negotiate I could have done better, I was in a bind due to my current ride...
