Bilstein B12 coil springs plus 5100 shocks

Not sure if this helps but I put 6112s in front at highest lift. ORG springs in rear with OE shocks. Have 7k miles on with no issues. Smooth ride but I also put on 295/70/18 tires. Front just settled and I have a very slight rub in reverse at full lock.

    Bilstein 6112 / Rear ORG / 295/70/18 -DONE

BTW if anyone wants to see the OE wheels and tires here you go.

    Bilstein 6112 / Rear ORG / 295/70/18 -DONE

Funny timing on the reply. I was just taking some pics after being frustrated for a few days after the install. The tires/wheels were way out of balance and I wanted to get fixed before I posted in case I trashed the setup. Any way, first Discount Tire shop (sorry DT) didn’t know how to balance...

    Bilstein 6112 / Rear ORG / 295/70/18 -DONE

So, my 4th 5th Gen Ram 1500. Weird. I've had projects (minor usually) on all and now I'm on to this one. I've got the truck in the shop getting following updates: 1. 6112 front assemblies (click #8) 2. Mopar lift UCAs (before you ask, haha) 3. ORG rear springs 4. Hellwig rear sway bar 5. TRX...

    Mopar bed light kit installation

I must say that I am continually impressed by peoples' skill sets that are part of this forum.

    Mopar bed light kit installation

Dealer quoted me 1-1/2 hours labor to do the install and programming. I'm thinking $150 sounds like a deal!

    Bilstein 6112/5100 lift questions

Can you post some pics please? Also, for those in the know: If you replace the rear springs with the ORG springs, can you still use the OE stock shock? Or should the rear shocks really be replaced as a requirement?

Which online tire buying outlet has the most hassle free return policy?

FWIW: discounttiredirect.com is the online store for all Discount Tire stores. Order online/call them and they price match, offer military discount, and ship free to your house. Or better yet, they ship direct to your local DT store and you can drive in and get it done. Pretty great service...

    285/75/18 Falken AT3W vs Duratrac?

Appreciate everyone's ideas. Ended up going Falken AT3W in 295/70/18. Got some TRX takeoff wheels and now just have to decide how much to playing with the suspension. 6112 fronts? Mopar lift? Likely going just the 6112s in front and see if I want to add rear ORG springs.

I got some TRX take offs on my Rebel

If I’m not running 325 tires I shouldn’t need spacers. I’m going 285/75/18. Wheels are same offset as stock Laramie at 9” ET19

    285/75/18 Falken AT3W vs Duratrac?

Looking for some real world thoughts. Picked up a new Laramie sport. Going to either lift or front level. Looking at either falcon or the Goodyear tires. Anyone have any preference or experience with lots of winter driving? Im leaning Falken. Also, the 285 7518 is pushing the edge but I got a...

I got some TRX take offs on my Rebel

Bringing this up again, sorry if I misread earlier. I have '22 Laramie Sport, with night edition package. 9x22 ET19 wheels. 285/45/22 tires. TRX wheels are 9x18 ET19, so should be no issue with fitment especially using 285 wide tires. Did someone note hub sizes from TRX to Laramie are...

Bed rug with Retractable Cover (RetraxONE MX)

Was thinking about a drop in or spray in bed liner, but now leaning to Bed rug. Anyone have a bed rug installed with a retractable cover? Have to trim? Or just a "push" against each other works? Thanks.

    33x12.5 on rebel 18’s

You mean 35"? As the current Rebel OE tire is already 33". Assuming you are asking about 35" I'm curious on this also. Guessing it should be ok but wonder if anyone has run those KO2s. Obviously the 12.5" would be different too.

    bfg ko2’s

52 front 46 rear for me. Before cold weather impacts they were great. I've lost a few psi all around and they are still rolling really well but I need to get some air. It's cold outside!

    Bilstein 5100

Ok, so interested if anyone has gone this route. I currently have 5100 on front at #4 and OE rear without ORP. I'm running 34" tires, no issue with rubbing and UCA angle looks real good but with 275 wide tires I didn't expect any clearance issue there. The level of the truck is great; very...

    275/65R20 Stock / No Lift?

Looking sharp. Here is 275/65/20 KO2s with Bilstein 5100 front level. The snow pic is after the front settled a little. Other two are fresh install; looks a little nose high but it's not at all. About 1/2' lower in front.

AT tires for winter and towing

If you find a set of Rebel wheels you may as well consider the Rebel tires on them also. The GoodYear Duratracs performed great on the Rebel I had before the diesel I have now. Towing and winter use in Michigan. There seem to be a lot of Rebels changing so you should get a good deal. But I...

    Bilstein 5100

Something doesn't sound right. There are a lot of guys/ladies with a lot of experience. I've got 5100 and 34"+ tires that are great. Maybe something isn't right with your install?
