    Can the Ram Power Running Boards be turned off?

    Newby to the site, but have a similar question. Bought a used 2020 Laramie with these boards. Worked fine for first month. Now when I get out, close door, ext lights go off after about 10 seconds, steps retract, and then extend back out immediately. Like some safety switch moves them back to...

    New to site

    Used to drive a RAM 3500 5.9L Cummins, then a GMC Canyon 2.8L 4-cyl diesel. DPF clogged incessantly so traded for Ram 3.0L V8. So far, runs great--a joy to drive. 2020 Laramie in Delmonico Red. Great mileage (27.5 on road) with more comfort and space.
