    The ram care advocate from the 1800 number said the Area manager says it’s not covered because of outside influences. And that there’s nothing they can do because that decision is final.

    Yeah, I’m sending legal an email tomorrow morning. The big office is here in Boston for the North East so hopefully that speeds things along.

    Ram 1800 number suggested I go to another dealer, however all the ones I called here either said “that dealer is married to that truck, it’s two months old” or said they are booked 4-6 months out.

    I was kinda thinking this too, because I’m sure if they fix it then it would be fine… I think this was a fluke and probably a flaw with the casting.

    Update time… Well I just got off the phone with the warranty people at Ram Care. I was told by them that the region manager is sticking with their decision to not fix the truck. They explained that the person had talks with the dealership and that they along with the dealer are recommending...

    They did not want to do it as a warranty, there was zero other damage other than the pictures.

    So far the manufacturer said they are taking care of it now… so things are looking up.

    No one else would touch it around here, to far booked out. The were refusing to do warranty, not the work itself.

    That’s just it… they aren’t really giving me one. It “sounds” like they are beating around the bush and trying to not blame me. But no one has come out and said that. I called the manufacturer and they recommended getting it towed to a different dealer but no one wants to touch it.

    Guys, I’m an E6 and Active. This is the nicest truck or anything that I have ever bought new. I don’t want a new one..: I just want mine fixed lol

    It was about 10” of snow, definitely not grippy. I have a driveway and it’s not covered, and about 17 out when it happened.
