I as well went with a S&B except I went with the white filter. How do you like the red one? My white one is turning pretty dirty so I will need to replace it soon.
For what it’s worth and every leak is different….I had the same leak as you are describing. I sealed the brake and window and it still leaked, I sealed the shark fin and all seems good now.
I have been running Falken Wildpeak’s for years. AT3’s and now AT4’s. In my opinion they are the best AT.
I tried a few others and never liked them and switched out quickly.
That puts you in a E rated tire more than likely. Unless you tow I would suggest staying away from them…mpg & ride quality are the biggest issues. I went with 305/55/20 with zero offset wheels.
I tried the OC AT3’s in LT285/60/29 was not pleased with the wet traction. Ran them 500 miles and switched them out for Falken ATW4 in 305/55/20 standard load and love them. Lost 2 or 3 mpg.
I can tell you I switched from LT285/60/20 Toyo OC AT3’s to P305/55/20 Falken AT4W and the wet traction of the Falken is light years better.
Different size, LT vs P, lots of verbals…..but I’m super happy with the Falkens.
A few weeks back I had Toyo Open Country AT3 LT285/60/20 10ply installed on new Gear off road 20x9 0 offset.
Drove a week and decided I liked the look, but the 10 ply stiff ride and poor rain performance was not ok with me.
Kept the wheels, but switched the tires to the new Falken Wildpeak AT4...
Had new Falken Wildpeak AT4W in 305/55/20 installed last week. Had slight vibration in the steering wheel and more of one in the seats.
Took it back a few days later, all tires roadforce balanced….3 needed less weight and different places and 1 that was showing a slight “hop” on the outer...
Update, decided to have them install FWP AT4W in 305/55/20. Only a few miles driving home, but I like how they feel. No lose of power ( was afraid of the weight). Really like the wider stance, no rubbing.
Too harsh (E rated) and not good in the wet!
Swapped them out today for FWP AT4 in 305/55/20 standard load. Only drove them home, but so far much nicer ride and power still seemed the same…Hemi 3:92 rear….
Thank you everyone for the reply’s. Shop wants to swap to 305/55/20 Falken AT4 the new one in standard load. I’m going to stop in this afternoon and talk with them.
