12V 94R AGM DUAL X2 48 in the days since, my voltage gauge will show it regularly in the 13's while driving - it seems to be working as I'd expect with it raising as you brake, etc - I might be completely wrong but from what I understand the 48v and converter through the IBS feed the 12v only...

so after reading SO many threads here and other dodge forums....seemed reasonable that the IBS needed to reset to recognize the new battery type - removed negative cable on battery for 4+ hours, reattached, and started - so far all good - voltage meter back to 14.0 - did not lose any settings...

The factory reset has worked for me - i had that figured before Ram Connect got back to me - they had same answer plus they said to NOT create any profiles - so if the factory reset doesnt work for you maybe check that part out too
