That’s awesome, congrats! I text my dealer twice a week and they’re useless. I’ve gone through 3 salesmen in that time and all of them say “all I can see is that it’s in transit.” Drives me nuts knowing what everyone else gets out of their dealerships in terms of info lol

Got it! That makes sense. This is all I get on Cassens and it’s been that way for 3+ weeks now. So weird that it’s in Cassens but nothing else will populate for receipts

Thanks! I did try that, nothing shows up :(. Ram chat told me est delivery of 1/3-1/12 then updated to 1/12-1/19. They said it arrived at its rail destination and is just awaiting a truck to load it onto to deliver it to my dealer. But that worries me that there’s no receipts of its movement

How did you get this info from cassens? Mine just shows my dealer info when I enter vin and dealer code into the vin tracker :( hoping I’m doing something wrong lol

Does anyone know where the rail destination is in PA? I got word that my truck reached its rail destination and is awaiting a connecting truck transport to the dealer. Just wondering how far from me that is - it’s like pulling teeth getting any information from my dealer.
