Yes, I was thinking the same, I do have those same rub marks as the ones on the tread. The sound I hear sounds like I'm slamming down on the frame, or struts loose.

Just installed my 5100s on my 21 ram 1500 non air , non ofg, the installers put mine on same setting as another 21 ram and for some reason mine is almost an inch taller , and is taller than front, yet they Said they set them the same. , I need a 1" for the rear , and thoughts??

I picked up a DD AUDIO 6.75" subwoofer in downfure ported box. Fits perfectly under 40 rear seat. With room, doesn't block the floor mat or the storage bin in floor. 250/500 watts. I ended up getting kicker 47 3.5" dash, theyre 4 ohm, and they definitely overpower front doors. They came with kicker crossovers which 8 hoped would block more bass, but do not. I did do a sub install as well, I went with the DD 6.75" sub in theyre pre-made down fire box , Ill add pics soon...

Well I got kicker dash speakers, and I was curious, would 6.5" slim woofers work in rear doors and then add 6.5 component in front with an amp?

I read i should use 4ohm on dash so they was louder. or that may been just the dash at 4ohms and leave the rest stock. that if i added doors, it wouldnt sound good unless i had an amp. i was thinking the jl 6x9s in doors, but then i read a post that said 4ohm dash, 8ohm front door and 4 ohm back...
