This might be a stupid question, but from the picture it looks like the UConnect is recognizing a USB device. If it didn't recognize it, it would be greyed out; at least in mine it does. It should automatically detect, but did you try pressing the USB1 (or USB2 if that's what you're plugged...- hasselfloff
