    USB media hub ports charge intermittently/no car play; 2019 Ram 1500 with 12" display.

    Does anyone know if USB ports 1 & 2 are supposed to remain active (hot) when the vehicle is turned off? My ports periodically don't work and when they do they are consistently active.

    Thanks for the tip. Mine has been acting up for months and finally stop working until I have it a smack and presto, it started working. Will be interesting to see how long it works.

    Update on USB power issue. I was prompted to load an upgrade/update to the Uconnect system, after this occurred the front USB ports began working. Getting power and Apple play works just like before.

    I have a 2019 1500 Limited and the USB ports below the Uconnect system suddenly have no power. I've tried two different iPhones and three different cables. The other 3 USB ports (in console and back seat) all work. Is there a fuse for the front ports or anything I can check, or is this...
