My 19 has the same hesitation. Very annoying. Not an E-Torque model, though. Had it since driving off the dealer lot new. Had the dealer check it then, but said there was nothing wrong. Here I am 5 yrs later, and still having same problem. Guess I will try the relearn and see if that helps.

I am curious if the throttle plate is supposed to not be fully closed when the engine is off? I remove the air intake, and looked into the throttle body, and the plate was not fully seated, and thought maybe that could cause the surging or loping. I was able to push it closed, but is sprung...

Anyone got this surging resolved? Mine has been doing the same thing since it was new. Thought it would go away, but has not. Now have abou 15000 miles on my 2019 5.7 limited.
