Old post but I have the exact same issue. Determined it was the seal for the Lasfit bulbs not fitting properly. I had no leaks or moisture with cheap amazon LED's for a year. As soon as I replaced them with Lasfits I had excessive moisture in the fog light housings. I will be replacing...
