So finally got it back today (after almost 4 weeks) after they replaced the battery pack which didn’t resolve the issue. They had to order a new MGU which resolved the issue and improved acceleration.

Happened to me at 1100 miles they couldn’t figure it then towed in again 5900 miles still at dealer for 8 days. They tell me battery pack will be available by 5/14.

Keep a close eye on it, mine has been in the shop for 8 days and they ordered a new battery pack. It is a 21 Laramie w 5900 Miles. I did have it towed in around 1100 miles where the dashboard through all sorts of alerts and it failed. Unfortunately the dealership couldn’t resolve the issue...
