What did that cost? so just a new screen did the trick? My cluster does the same thing which makes me feel like its either a software issue or something internal, not just the screen.

It fades away slowly in about 30 seconds or so was your cluster doing the same thing? The dealer suggested the screen replacement but I don’t see how the screen being replaced will fix the cluster too…

How much are the new head units? My dealer said I am over the warranty since I am over the mileage but not the time frame...

Mine does the same thing! I cannot figure it out and the dealer cannot help me. I am over the mileage for the warranty so they wont replace either. A friend of mine is saying it could be the module that isnt allowing the screen to switch fast enough. It does it on my cluster also.

Did anyone get this resolved without replacing the screen? My 2019 Ram 1500 is doing that exact same thing. It is no longer under warranty so the Dealership wants to charge me $800 to replace the screen.
