I remote start mine as I approach the truck and it's gone by the time I get in; also tunes are playing, the AC is starting to get cool, and the idle has settled down. Can you tell I love my remote start. :)

Yes, I went with the Gator and like it. The frame is not as strong as the Lund I had on my previous truck, but it gets the job done at a good price. GB
I have the V8 Hemi with the 3.92 gears and I've found the horsepower to be quite exciting just as it is. I definitely have both hands on the wheel when gunning it. I personally wouldn't want any more horsepower in a family truck.
Agree, the NAV is pretty to look at but really stupid when it comes to picking the best route to a destination. I use Google Maps through the Android Auto interface instead. Google is also much better at recognizing voice commands.
When I was looking for mine I did a 100 mile radius search for a 4X2 Patriot Blue and had only one match, which I bought. To be honest I kind of like having one of the rarer colors, I haven't seen even one like it on the road in the local area.
Nice setup and good decision to use a WDH with sway damper. As you have figured out, the key to pulling safely is keeping the speed appropriate to conditions. Hope you enjoy many safe camping trips. GB
