I picked up my Ram Limited Jan 1 and still have my plastic on. My Old F150 got all scratched up there so I figured I would let the plastic stay on a bit.

I tried to get a good picture of both sides. The angle may make them look different but they are the same on both sides and the max gap is estimated at less than 1/2 inch. Dark here as well so I used a flashlight

Is the port behind a panel? I looked under there with a flashlight and could not find it. On my old F150 platinum it was like you said and I also plugged in my Valentine so I want to do it on my new limited. Post a pic if you can. Thanks
