I've slid the red lock, then it looks like the big white C shaped part should rotate down, but it won't move. Is there a video somewhere of it? I have looked all over youtube, I sure don't want to break this thing.

Talked to dealer today, my truck was built 6/10, shows scheduled to arrive on train in Winston Salem NC on 6/18. So I guess that answers the question of which rail yard Rams destined for southwest Virginia come to.

Does anyone know where the trains offload Rams that are destined for different areas of the US? I know guys that worked for CSX in Nashville and they said they never saw any Rams being unloaded there. Louisville is another CSX TDSI facility and heard from another guy that they don't unload any...
