    When it’s in recirculation mode I feel like it should never allow outside air in. None of the other vehicles I’ve owned in the past have ever done this in recirculation mode.

    Yes it’s like the recirculate door just opens on its own and allows outside air in.

    New to the group. 2019 Cummins 2500 AC does take a long time to cool down. Also have a noise like the outside/recirculation door opens up on its own and makes a lot of noise. Does this TSB address that as well?

    Just bought a 2019 Cummins 2500. My AC is also making this noise. Has anyone had the TSB completed? Has this fixed this issue?
