I also had to replace my passenger side manifold due to having a very large crack in it. Truck has been in for warranty repairs about 5-6 times now. I love the truck but damn they use some cheap s**t.

Curious to see if you have any updates. I feel like mine has a slight tick to it as well.

Broken bolts are pretty rare in the 5th gen. I wouldn’t be surprised if you had a cracked manifold. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Just wondering how this worked out for you? I just purchased all the items to do mine tonight. My truck sprang a large leak recently and I want to avoid the dealership tearing it apart.

Curious how this went? I just installed a Flowmaster Outlaw and I can't help but here what seems like a very small exhaust leak. I taped the weep holes and it sounds so much better. Did you weld them and has it caused any issues?

Lasfit has since updated their bulbs. If you purchase directly from them the updated versions do not have issues. My 2020 Laramie has the LED Package except the cargo/3rd brake light. I swapped them out a few days ago and haven't had a single issue. I was expecting them to fail right off the bat...

I say "exhaust" but its really a muffler replace. I cut out the stock and replaced it with the Flowmaster Outlaw Direct Fit Muffler Part# 817846. It sounds really good! My neighbor has the Borla ATAK and if I am being honest, I prefer mine to his. Also a quarter of the cost. May do a resonator...

Just dropped my truck off this morning too. 2020 Laramie with 9500 miles. Cracked passenger side manifold. This is clearly a bigger problem.

My 2020 Laramie started sounding louder than normal on start-ups on the passengers side. Took into the dealer to confirm a crack manifold after only 9500 miles. Shop manager at my dealer told me I was crazy to think it was leaking. Took the heat shield off and what do you know, a massive crack...
