Has anyone vinyl wrapped a Limited grille on a non-black truck?

I found the Limited grill to be "busy". I really like the Laramie Sports Grill, but that's not an option and it wont fit the Limited. Next best thing is the Longhorn Grill that DOES fit. All sensors work perfectly as well as the camera. The trick is to get the right parts. To do that, I had my...

The single biggest reason I ordered the Longhorn instead of the Limited......

This is obviously a matter of taste. IMO the Limited is more like a high-end Mercedes or BMW with clean lines and very esthetic whereas the Longhorn is more like a Cadillac. I test drove both extensively before deciding on the Limited. I think that in the long run, I won't get tired of the...

    Loaded Laramie vs Limited

I put a Longhorn grille on my Limited and had it painted body color. It looks awesome and it was still less than the Longhorn.

    Loaded Laramie vs Limited

I had the exact same worry in terms of that awful grill. I solved it though by getting a Longhorn grille which fits the limited and getting it painted Maximum Steel (the color of my limited). Now everything is exactly as I wanted it. Other than that, you can option a Longhorn exactly like a...

The single biggest reason I ordered the Longhorn instead of the Limited......

Ditto that. From the pics, I liked that black & tan of the longhorn, but when I actually saw it, the tan was muted and dull IMO. Also, all that filigree!!! Very busy. The Limited, on the other hand, has a truly classy interior - like a high-end European lux car. Top notch materials through and...

Has anyone vinyl wrapped a Limited grille on a non-black truck?

I have a Limited Maximum Steel and I am replacing the grille with a Longhorn Grille which I have had painted body color. I made the decision to paint as the vinyl shop could not find an exact match for the Maximum Steel. The paint job was $650 as opposed to a "close match" with vinyl for about...

2019 Ram 1500 HEMI V8 Gets a Significant Bump in MPG from the Hybrid According to the EPA (News)

I also have a Hemi 5.7 with eTorq and 20" rims. After 3,000 miles, I am averaging 14.1 MPG, most of it highway and freeway driving. On pure freeway driving on cruise at 70MPH I get 18.2 MPG. In fact, compared to my identical 2017 RAM (except for the eTorq), it averages 3 MPG LESS than the 2017...

Stop complaining about gas mileage !!!!

That isn't the point. I have a 2017 RAM 1500 limited with 3.92 axle that gets an average of 18.6 MPG. Bought the 2019 RAM 1500 with 3.92 ratio and eTorq and it gets 15.4 after 1,300 miles. Same driving and way below advertised rates. Something is amiss.

2019 rebel gas mileage with e-torque

I have a 2017 RAM 1500 Limited with 3.92 gear ratio that gets 18.7 avg MPG. My new 2019 Limited with 3.92 and eTorq gets 15.6 after 1,300 miles and same driving. That's a VERY significant difference. Dealer says "give it a chance to learn". Make up 3MPG? I don't think so!

    Horrific Gas Mileage Hemi eTorque

I have a 5.7 Hemi with eTroq . I am at 1,300 miles and I get an average of 15.3 MPG which is 3 MPG worse than my 2017 RAM Hemi 5.7. What gives?
