    it's been over 2 days with the new tires and the noise and not reappeared. I don't know if it was the tires or something else.

    I had new tires put on this morning. In addition they did a front end alignment. So far I have not heard the noise. I will update in a couple of days to see if it returns.

    This is not a buzz, but a low pitched grinding sound like 2 things rubbing together hard.

    We can’t move forward with our dealers because FCA is not providing a fix. They won’t do anything unless there is a TSB

    Well FCA wrote me back. Said i already had a case opened on this issue and since there is no fix like they stated before they seen closing it. It is up to me to work with my dealer on an appropriate fix

    My dealer is willing but they will need an OK. Right now they won’t do anything because FCA says there is no real fix for it.

    The tech at my dealer said there was no fix from FCa. They new about it but have no fix. Mark @RamCares is this rack and pinion fix legit for this issue? If so my dealer should be made aware.

    Ram cares put in touch with FCA and a case number. FCA emailed me and said there is not fix for the solution right now. My dealer is working with tech but it seems like more and more people are having this issue.

    I'm a week in and no problems. Plus it unlocked 4g online search in nav.

    Mark @RamCares , the dealer said they can't do anything about it until engineering comes up with a fix. They have no idea what the real problem is.

    For what it's worth, the update now allows me to search via 4g online in the nav. I never could do that before.
