I didn't realize that the original poster had a 2020 model. Mine is a 2019 model manufactured in June 2018. I agree with above that this should not still be happening with 2020 models.- RamNeophyte

Sad to say that I have the exact same problem. I just realized that the floor on my drivers side is completely soaked. It's one quality control problem after another with this truck. As much as I like it, this may end up being my final FCA vehicle. My next step is to go fight with the dealer...- RamNeophyte

Reverse/Back Up Lights with Camera at Night
My Bighorn came with the Premium LED Lighting Group which, according to the sticker, includes LED tail lamps. The sticker says nothing about the backup lamps. Can I assume that the backup lamp is the standard 921? The Owners Manual also lists a premium backup lamp as a part number 7440/W21W...- RamNeophyte
