I'm starting the build & quote process for a 2026. Mark Dodge here on the forums offers a great, no hassle discount, and I've started the process with them - but are there dealers in the Midwest that routinely offer equally good of a deal? Would ideally like to avoid the 26 hour round trip...
Looks like the Ram build it site is working now for the '26 1500.
It's $1000 more for a Longhorn than a Limited. Can anyone tell me the difference, other than the interior color options?
I'm planning on getting one once I get my next truck. Considering ordering a '26. I don't want to go to the effort of installing it on my current truck. I was planning on going with the A329S - but that Fitcam (which I had never heard of before) sure looks nice & easy...
I might get one of...
Looking at the new colors for 2026, is the molten red something that has been used on other vehicles - so that I can look at it? When I try to google it, I get images of random cars in random reds.
Also, how much longer would you expect it to take Ram to update their "build it" website to 2026...
On my '20 Longhorn Limited with the 5.7 Hemi, now with 101k miles, I've replaced the battery & tires. Oh, and one power side step motor. That's about it. Never been to the dealer for any major problems.
I took my '20 in a year ago for this. Have only noticed the leak a couple times, but it exists. At the time, the part(s) to fix it were apparently back ordered, and after confirming the problem with the mechanic that inspected it, I was told they would call me when the part came in. Hmmm. A...
It looks like Mark Dodge discounts on "upper end" trucks like Limiteds is around 20k. Is this a recent thing, given the tariff uncertainty? I haven't been looking for a new truck lately, so don't know if these rebates are significantly better than normal, but I assume so. If that is the case...
Awesome work with this! Link from original post to the website works great - but I don't see a downloadable PDF file to use offline (which was mentioned in the original post as well). Where do I look for that? Thanks
No rubbing.
I can't really comment on transmission wear. I've put a couple hundred miles on them. Slightly more road noise, but I don't notice an appreciably rougher ride.
I know this is always a popular question on these forums, and I think there is no better way than before & after pics to help people decide.
2020 Longhorn 4x4. No air suspension. No off road package.
First pic is completely stock. 20" wheels.
I put front Bilstein adjustable struts on...
I've perused multiple threads here, and was hoping the "Wheel & tire overview" thread would have the answers, but I'm not really seeing clear answers specific to my stock 18" wheels. I'm sure others have looked into this, and can likely give me the answers. I've got 42k miles on my truck, and...
I had posted in this thread last year about this issue. Luckily this only happened a few times to me - but not at all in the last 6 months or so. I haven't done anything about it - no dealer notice, no intentional software update, etc. Looks like the comments on this thread are slowing down...
RAM customer service - it looks like you monitor this forum. What is the company's response & planned solution to this relatively frequent problem - that your dealers do not currently seem to have a fix for?
