No back up camera.
Mine did the same and I rebooted the system. Hold the power and tuning knobs in for 20 seconds, then release. It should reboot uconnect system.- ac1d1ous

Problems with power running boards
Thanks for making this post! I bought my 2021 1500 Ram and I've having the same problem with the passenger side. Took it in once and they thought they had it fixed, but nope. The dealership has ordered the part and I should be on the schedule for replacement next week.- ac1d1ous
