Before I go buying a $1500 aftermarket exhaust system for my 2019 5.7L does an aftermarket actually increase performance or just make the truck sound better? Also, any impact on MPG?
I just bought a 8yr 125k mile middle tier plan yesterday for my 2019 21k mile truck. It was $1600. It covers engine, tranny, 4x4, suspension, brakes, electrical, steering and more.
My last vehicle was a Ford edge and around 100k miles the front and rear differentials went up and the power...
It’s not apples to apples. My plan was 125k miles, I wasn’t paying in full and our trucks year and mileage could be way different. That seems like a good deal though I’d buy that.
Unfortunately the Max care plan wasn’t a few bucks more. It was $1400 more. And I couldn’t justify the $1400 when all the main things like electrical, 4x4, engine and transmission were already covered in the plan I got

This is what I see for pricing at 8yr 125k miles. I would be doing the $200 deductible.

I am strongly considering the 7/125k Powertrain warranty.
I have a 2009 Key Largo 196 with a 2019 Suzuki 140hp. I live in Maryland and fish the chesapeake bay from April to December. It’s on a boat lift but Now that I have a truck I plan to tow it closer to the mouth of the Chesapeake bay more often to catch other species of fish.
Years ago I had a 5 cylinder Chevy Colorado and I hated it. It had the power of a 4 cyl and the fuel economy of a 6 cyl. After I had kids I sold it. Well I now have two kids and 5,000lb boat. I had been shopping around online for a 1/2ton crew cab for about two months and my list was f-150 then...
