Thank you. I like it. The -44 offset with a 12 wide wheel is pretty aggressive. As much as I like the "look" it's not really worth it. 2 rock chips in passenger window ain't great haha.
But also the tires are beyond big. They end up being 35.4" x 12.8". Standard 35x12 with a 10 wide wheel...
This is my 20' with 6112s, and icon UCAs. I also did Clayton Gladiator springs and Bilstein 5160s in the back. I would say you do not need to do the rear end at all, BUT you will see a slight negative rake for the first few thousand miles (At max lift) until the springs and shocks settle in...
Cool man, yeah not sure why theres confusion this is the only way to do it.
(Any manufacturer is going to error on the side of their product intentions without any additional variables.)
If you are lifting the rear an additional inch with the spacer you are going to get the max intended...
I believe a conversation about this same setup is going on a few posts up.
-The rear shocks themselves do not provide any lift.
-The bilstein (shock shaft) is capable of 1-2" of lift maxed out.
-In order for you to get that lift, you either have to add a spacer, or install new springs.

Just ran 800 miles this past weekend with a good load, up and down mountains of West Virginia. Truck ran and towed fantastic. Very comfortable, really felt stock. Impressed with the Clayton rear springs and Hellwig sway bar.
Power with the 3.92 was great and transmission held gear very nicely...
The 6112s are on the #8 ring. Also added a 1/2" Motofab puck spacer above top hat.
Clayton's are 2.5 lift for gladiator.

This is 6112s + 1/2" Motofab Spacer and Icon UCAs.
5160s in the back with Clayton Offroad Gladiator springs.
Definitely a tad more stiff compared to stock, but handles better. Eats up washboard type stuff beautifully at speed.

Right, mine is the same with ORP. That's why I went with the Clayton's.
I did not take stock measurements at the hub, but current setup has the height at 24.5" front/26.5" Rear fender to center hub.
So Claytons Gladiator springs put the truck at a 2.5" rake over the bilstein 2" lift.
With...
Thanks man. Tires are Toyo AT3 325/60 R20 (35.4/12.8) honestly too big for this setup and the wheels don't help. Wheels are 20x12s -44
The 1/2" motofab spacer was a must.
Standard 35s would have worked better.
Normal driving totally fine. Slightly rubs front inner fender well. Rear of front...
Got everything installed recently and a couple hundred miles down the road. 2020 ORP BigHorn
6112 (8th Clip) setup with Icon UCAs
*+ MotoFab 1/2" Strut Spacer*
5160s in back with Clayton Springs and Hellwig swingarm.
Toyo AT3 325/60 r20 (35.4/12.8)
- Tires are too big for this setup but we did...
Getting ready to install the same bilstein 6112/5160 setup. I went for icon UCAs, clayton 2.5" rear springs and also added a Hellwig rear sway bar for 2-4" lift.
I initially ordered the bilsteins from Bilsteinlifts and service/delivery was good and fairly quick. However i decided to return the...
Does anybody know if there are any aftermarket options for strut mounts? I have searched for Moogs and KYBs but no luck for the 5th gens it seems. Local dealers do not have the parts.
I am replacing my ORP setup with Bilstein 6112s and 5160s.
I would like to keep everything intact rather than...
