Dash won’t turn off
Had the same problem with my 2016 2500, did a lot of research and a another post pointed out the underhood light switch, disconnected it and haven’t had a problem since... Called the dealership to ask about it, their mechanic stated it was a known problem and to keep it disconnected as there...- Joe P.
