2021 Software and Map Update
This helped me with a map update gone bad. I updated the map and software months ago and never tested the sos button. I went to use remote start and nothing worked. Found this thread and it fixed it. Thanks- Renagade69

12" Uconnect Head Unit Replaced XM Issues
The dealer failed you. You need another dealer to do it. The dealer that installed the new screen didn't complete the job and I would get another dealer to complete the programming part. Let them know this will be the second time at the same repair. The third will be a lemon case.- Renagade69

You can try and dispute it but they make you check a non-returnable software box before purchasing.- Renagade69
