    tranny damage on 2 day old rebel

    80 miles on the odometer and it won’t shift into gear. Expected lead time on a new transmission was 45 days. I called Chrysler customer service, 8009921997, and opened a claim. Transmission expedited to 7-10. Truck isn’t repaired yet but they have initially said they’d pick up a payment or two...

    2021 Ram 1500 Limited, transmission issues.

    I drove mine for 47 miles before the ACC light came on. Valve body replacement didn’t work and I’ve been waiting for a new transmission. I took delivery around 5:00pm and it was back on the dealer lot by 10pm. I literally spent more time in it waiting on a tow than I did driving it.
