Wife and I are on a trip, 6 hours from home. 19 1500, 1 year old with 12K miles.
My truck battery voltage has read consistently at 14.3 since purchased. While driving today, I noticed the battery bar gauge that I have on the dash looked a little lower than usual so I pulled the battery...
I am having same issue. Only passenger front tire, outside edge wearing excessively.
Will make an appointment for dealer and post back with the results of the visit. With Tgiving, probably next appt first week of Dec. I have aftermarket rims but the OEM tires, feel like they are going to...
As a 1 ton truck and 5th wheel owner, I will only say that despite your excellent math, impeccable logic, and irrefutable facts, you just need to wait for the people to tell you to just add airbags.
"Tows like a dream."
The whole Rambox, lid, top, and all can be removed and replaced. I'd contact FCA as they posted above, and work with them to get them replaced.
I had very good luck working with Ram Customer Servic re for my issues.
So the analogy is I go to the ER with chest pains, the doctor listens to my heart and states "that's not normal".
Then after checking around the waiting room, several people have chest pains so now tells me I'm good to go?
Did I follow that right?
Fwiw, I'm not too sure about the Level 1 info you are getting. I was told a level 3 was highest at FCA for a previous transmission problem so I looked it up @ the time. It would seem Level 1 is lowest, 3 highest. I think the only thing lower than Level 1 is the guy who sweeps the floors...
Thank you.
Yes, very similar times for me.
I'm not not suddenly flooring it either, just ease off the accelerator to control speed (lower speeds, neighborhood roads, not on highway) and then when I depress accelerator, in a normal manner, an obvious loud clunk from rear end like there was play...
Looking forward to what you all find.
I'm going in for a few items in a few weeks. The "clunk" being one. I am having a helluva time duplicating consistently, so little expectation dealer will be able to.
So, any info I can come armed with will help.
Yes, it's just double sided adhesive.
As mentioned, warm it up, and I personally use fishing line. Much stronger than dental floss.
All 8 pieces of the chrome door bumpers come off easily, as does the remaining adhesive. For whatever reason, I worked harder on the small limited and 4x4...
I'm still curious "5 recalls" according to OP's dealer. I'm aware of two, neither of which affect every singlt vehicle produced.
There is the battery ground cable and the adjustable brake recall. That's all I am aware of.
What 3 am I missing, if in fact 5 exist.
