Mine arrived @ dealer today, is being delivered to my office tomorrow.

Phone customer service for FCA Fleet told me yesterday that my truck was on a train in Georgia! For all the 102 days it took them to start the build, they had it finished and all the way from Michigan to Georgia in only 9 calendar days...... So maybe I can start getting excited again

It really makes you wonder, doesn't it. Mine was supposed to start the build process today, which is 102 days after my order.

So, they finally turned on the light at the beginning of my tunnel. They said today that I went to D1 on 3/21, so that must have been updated just after I called last time. They said my build is still scheduled to begin on April Fool's Day, so at least there's that.

no, as far as I know, the only thing you can do with your VIN is pull a build sheet shortly after it finishes getting built, and then pull a window sticker a couple days later. You can use the links that other people have posted above for that.
