Curious if anyone has input on tire size for the Rebel as well. I know stock is 275/70 R18, but I am looking at Craigslist take offs and see some 275/65's for a great price. Any input is appreciated.

Bringing this thread back to life. I am at 36k with Duratracs and was wondering if it is the tire or bearings. These tires kick *** in all Colorado conditions, especially snow, but the noise as they age! Any long term feedback of Falken’s or Geolanders would be appreciated.

Has anyone else that has installed the transmission skid plate experienced a groan in reverse and creaking when tapping the brakes due to the plate? I removed mine to test it and all noises went away. I had the same problem with skids on my 4Runner which made me suspect it was the plate.

I will try as well. I have a 2021 Rebel in Billet Silver Metallic, I am looking for a regular hood. I am in Colorado Springs, CO. Let me know!

I will try and get a photo tomorrow. If you put the mount as far to the back of the truck as possible like I did, you should be ok. My shifter barely touches the bin so I just put a towel around it so it doesn’t rattle against bin during transport. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You have to buy one side or the other. They don’t flip because there is a slope on the back end that you may not be able to see. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I used 2- 2x6’s for the cross boards. Then stacked 2x6 pieces to get the MTB mount far enough forward for my bike. I have a large 29er with a long wheel base and it just fits. I painted the wood with truck bed liner. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I love it so far. Perfect place to put food for a road trip when bed is loaded so you have easy access. I think it will have a lot of uses for daily stuff as well. And it doesn’t take up too much room in back. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
