ok the dealer replaced the 12 inch screen and it no longer buffers trying to down load serius XM. however, now, the new radio will not hold the preset XM stations!! everytime i set the preset XM stations and turn off the truck the presets are wiped out, really!!!!!!!

thanks the dealer called today and has a replacement unit for me. One thing tho as I read in another post if you leave the had unit FM each time you turn the system off everything is ok. When you turn on the unit each time it starts fine then switch to XM and its all good. We’ll see what the new...

Greetings, I’m a newB and have an issue with my new Ram 2500. The 12 inch Uconnect radio will buffer ( trying to download SeriousXM) foe hours or days!! I cannot even play music from my phone. Can anyone help with this issue?
