Yes I agree. My front left fox shock failed and dealership warrantied it. I didn’t even pay $100.00 deductible. They said it is on them since lift only had 22,000 miles on it.
Try cleaning throttle body That worked for me. I tried bringing to dealership but got the runaround because it does not throw a code and they really don’t have a clue. They don’t make mechanics like they used to. GOOD LUCK
My 2019 Ram bighorn 8.4 nav style radio stays on same media source when shut off and turned back on but the theme background changes back to factory everytime.
I have a 2019 bighorn also that had issue last winter. Literally did it every other day for 2 months. Really it seemed when it was cold cold out. Brought it to dealer and u know how that works they said there is no check engine light on so we don’t know what to look for. I showed them...
Yes they should of caught it. I found it and called and they said that the perches only go one way. Yes totally screwed up. Instead of shock pushing down and absorbing the bumps when they installed perches wrong they actually where pushing the body of the truck up. Truck had no...
Dealership installed my mopar lift on 2019 Ram. They installed spring perches upside down at first and I climbed underneath and seen rust marks from original and they said you can’t install upside down and then they brought in shop and said it was upside down. They replaced springs, shocks...
I have been on this forum conversation for a while and also have 2019 bighorn that falls out of gear. Happens within 2ish miles from house first drive of the day. Doesn’t happen a lot, probably once every 20 drives but it’s really sh-tty when it does happen.
Has Ram cares said anything about TSB for 2019 Ram 1500 bighorn all gas 5.7 for issue with coming out of drive when slowing down to make turn or at stop sign. Shift to park then desired gear
I put the AD kit on mine. Dealership told me the AD kit was the longer shock and it had a different fluid in it. I was told the AC kit was another modification to shock snd all it was was changing the sticker on it
