Probably not.. from past 19-24 5th gens. The only covered that worked with the factory black rails was the factory Mopar cover. Your options are expanded further when using the silver style rails.

Are you using the same shop both times? I think you need to try a different tech or service center even if that means going further away. Lemon Law typically applies to newer/slightly used vehicles. 85k miles and 6 years old probably won’t fit into that category.

Go ahead add Suspension Maxx end-links for the front.. bet you’ll notice your clunk shortly after the leveling. Don’t know why but just seems to always happen after a leveling or lift. Swap the sway bar front bushings to while you’re there (Moog, or Energy Suspension)
Hellwig swaybar for the...
Wow what a nightmare glad for a happy conclusion after it’s all said and done. Don’t feel bad for the service advisor probably wasn’t the first and only issue to result in them getting let go. There’s no telling how many other customers got screwed and overcharge for repairs and w/o questioning...
Where did you read that at? They’re also a progressive spring so with the bed unloaded and without much weight on the hitch they’re gonna ride better and when loaded you’re still gonna have the spring rate necessary within reason when loaded. No complaints from me in both configuration.

Might not be a bad idea to put a strip of foam tape underneath the cap where it meets the bed rail caps if your concerned with movement or damage.

I try to stay with the same companies components when possible.. for example Bilstein B12 springs instead of the Eibachs. Reason being, I bet during the R&D process Bilstein probably used their own shock setup to choose the right spring rate to pair with In theory resulting in a better quality...
Id be more concerned with what else might have been neglected. As an owner… not repairing something like this.. red flag. For a dealer sticking a used truck on the lot w/ damage like this… red flag. Do your due diligence and really look over the truck and test drive throughly.
Damage like this...
The stock pan style gasket goes around the bolt holes sealing it once the bolts are tightened. I didn’t use these flange collars. I suppose it wouldn’t hurt and would just take up the difference between the bolt and hole basically just a spacer. You should be able to just knock them out and back...
Whats a flange collar? Im assuming maybe a washer… either way you just remove the old bolts and reuse them there’s nothing to press out.

Yep gotta be the brand of tint. No issues from me w/ multiple pairs of prescription polarized sunglasses and safety glasses here.

Ive seen a few to dark myself mostly on those stupid Carolina squatted, rims sticking out 2 ft outside the fender trucks if that tells you anything lol. I wouldn’t mind a tad bit darker if I have to ever redo it.

Could be also the brand of tint, some are better than others when it comes to windshield tint. Some will look wavy and others have the rainbow hue color. I think at the time I went off the shops recommendation and used Xpels brand.
