Sadly, FCA let's dealers get away with murder. Dealers are favored over customers. FCA employees based on my own extensive experiences word complaint in such a way as to allow dealers to actually deny service. Case in point my new 2017 Rubicon, has like many Jeeps water leaks at drivers door...- flram1500
