well thought that with the 12.1 Radio i would be able to have internet access in my truck besides all the other uconnect features i totally disappointed everything its related with the VIN and because my truck originally came with 8.4 Non Nav cant have it , any suggestions will be always welcome

Hey Buddy are you trying to configure the 12" radio ? check pages in this Forum from 16-18 they explained really good what to do there

hey Buddy you will need to cables LVDS and another one for the hazard lights, after that you will need the OBD dongle and the security bypass and then AlfaOBD to make changes, after that disconnect the negative terminal from the battery and wait around 30-40 min and everything in the screen...
