2020 New Ram "Device not Supported"
My only suggestion would be to have them check your USB ports in the truck. As with mine, one of them may have to be replaced. Cheers- Coaster

2020 New Ram "Device not Supported"
Hi, I just recently purchased a new 2020 Ram 1500 Limited Ecodiesel. After a few days, I started to get an annoying "Device not Supported" message on the 12" screen. It would come on every few seconds or not come on for an hour or so. I thought it may be a result of my phone (Galaxy Note 8)...- Coaster
