Looking at used 2019+ Ram 1500 hemi 4x4's to occasionally tow a 6000 lb travel trailer in the mountains. Most have 3.21 axle, will that work?

Hoping to get my first Ram, looking at used 2019+ Ram 1500 hemi 4x4's to tow a 6000 lb travel trailer in the mountains. Does the 8.4 with navigation require a monthly payment to keep active??? Also, noticed many people adding the factory trailer brake controller, what all is included if says...- landk00
