Tazer got back to me today stating the below:
"You're encountering a very rare glitch that we've only seen a few times. It doesn't actually affect how the Tazer works other than overriding the readout on the dashboard.
You can get around this by pulling fuse F44, located in the Internal Power...
Unmarried (what a pain this was trying to get through the screens) and awaiting reply from support. I texted them and emailed them last week. Yet to hear anything.
Those that purchased, are you experiencing any issues with using the device? Whenever I connect it and set the display to audio, the display cycles between tazer and audio display; it does not display the tazer menu long enough for me to act upon it. I emailed tazer and am await assistance...
Looking for some help with my Tazer.. Just got it today, when its plugged in and the dash set to Audio I can only get the tazer menu to appear for a brief moment before it flashes back to the Audio. I can cycle through the settings but the tazer text disappears quickly and I cannot actually...
Full coverage of the tread. Side wall sitcks out less than 1/4" in rear, and about 3/4" in front. I guess the axles are different widths? I would have expected the same front to rear, but it is the same side to side on each axle.
They look sharp! Can you take a pic of the light output when you get a chance? I am tempted to pull the trigger on new lights; just cannot justify the price of the OEM route..
Finally found a solution for switches that I am happy with! Did not use the CD player at all so I removed it, cut a piece of black ABS to fit into the hole and wired up a push button switch.
I went the same route with mine; Bushwacker I believe? Not much but I hope they will add some protection for the wheel wells. I have the same color combination and am happy with the Metalic/Black combination.
Decided to go DIY after seeing a few others on the forum as there were no aftermarket solutions to retain access with the Ram Bins (from what I saw). Couldn't be happier with the results!
