Thanks. I figure patience is the only option here. Ram or UConnect need to test these updates better before bricking people's radio. Makes me nervous about future updates. One downside to how advanced vehicles are becoming.
On Monday I have to bring it back, so they can put the new unit in and...
Looks like SDAR stands for Satellite Digital Audio Radio. So, that's definitely the right screen and easiest way going forward to confirm the issue if SiriusXM Currently Unavailable pops up.
Thanks!
It seemed like the radio replacement has been the fix for all up until now. Curious to see what STAR comes back with if another radio doesn't do the trick.
Came in to get radio replaced and same issue. New one the camera didn't work either, so they are putting the original radio back in. Dealer ordering a replacement for the replacement.
There are two threads related to SiriusXM issues after the update. My Sirius hasn't worked since I bought it in late April. My dealer ordered a replacement radio which we are waiting for it to arrive.

Update: Took Uconnect Support 4 weeks from time original case was opened to have me return to my dealer and have them work with STAR. They were checking with their brand advocate for next steps.
Prior to opening my Uconnect case I had brought it to my local dealer in early May (different place...
Quick Update:
I worked through RamCares via messaging on here and they opened a case. A very nice individual with Uconnect Case Management was assigned it and called me today. She's going to reach out to my local dealership and have Uconnect's engineers work with them to hopefully get it fixed...
Good luck. SiriusXM advanced technical support called me today. They've been getting reports of this issue and are escalating the case I opened last week to their engineering and product support team.
I also pinged RAM Care on here and they are going to escalate on their end.
There's another thread with others having same issue.

I went to my dealer yesterday and was there for 4 hours and they couldn't figure it out. I've got a message out to Ram Care to see if they can help escalate...
Was at the dealership for 4 hours today. They weren't able to resolve it. Notes said "no related TSR's found. Restored vehicle configuration and reset radio ECU and still unresponsive. Recommending reschedule for further diagnosis."
I'm guessing they disconnected the negative for the restore...
Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having the same issue. Just bought my truck last Wednesday. Everything else works great. I've got a service appointment scheduled for Saturday morning.
