Mine still does it to this day. Thinking about taking to the dealer soon to see if they can figure it out before I’m out of warranty. Same thing though..only happens at temp and only in first gear and at operating temp.

What was the diagnosis of your engine? Any check engine lights? Mine sounds like this as well until warmed up.

Mine is making that noise too, took to the dealer.. they replaced the exhaust bolts on the passenger side since one had snapped. Still sounds the same. Noise is mostly on the driver side.. I would think they would’ve done that one too if they found issue.

OP - any updates on what the dealer is saying about yours?

Mine were not cracked though, just broken bolts and it still knocks during cold idle after those were fixed. My guess is Chrysler won’t approve the warranty work for the real problem (lifters) until a check engine light occurs.
