Just received my genuine Mopar Ram mats which I ordered in October!
I will say, it was worth the wait. They’re outstanding and far superior to the latest stuff from Weathertech (which I’ve previously had in many vehicles). Perfect fit, not too stiff and full coverage.
I used a wire wheel on a drill, took about 15 minutes a side (9 studs each side) and as most said, the coating isn’t thick. 10 of the 15 minutes was repositioning the blanket I was laying on and taking my time not to wire wheel anything I didn’t want to wire wheel. I did re-coat with a little...
Installed tonight, took it for a ride and tried all the various modes. Honestly, I’ll likely leave it in Economy for daily driving, because it’s still good enough around town and the fuel savings will be interesting to watch. BUT......Performance Mode is a whole different animal. The truck...
That's two votes for 2 mpgs more with higher octane......
Like @Gondul said....it's a wash for cost ultimately, but its interesting that other folks are confirming what I'm seeing with the uptick....again, could all be coincidence.
Interestingly enough....I just filled the past two tanks with 93, and while I don't notice any difference whatsoever in performance or the way the truck runs (didn't knock or ping with 87), I am getting slightly improved fuel economy. Was around 13.5, now getting low 15s. I haven't changed my...
Free at Costco, they’ll check / regulate the pressure anytime, but make no mistake.....temperature fluctuations still change the pressures of tires. It’s maybe slightly more stable, but rubber still expands and contracts....don’t pay for nitrogen fill.....ever....just be happy when you get it...
$325 on a $47k truck is entirely possible. Good deal!
Around here (NY) most of the Big Horns are loaded up to Laramie levels and sticker north of $52-53k, so they lease out above $400. Most are closer to $450-$480.
What’s the MSRP? What’s the selling price? Big Horns have very good incentives, but $300 all-in seems a bit impossible. If it’s a real deal, congrats, but something doesn’t add up.
Standard procedure is cell (iPhone X) in right pocket and Fob in left.....been having to modify accordingly!
I'll change the battery, although I'd be shocked if the battery was dying. It's a 6/18 build and I took delivery in October.
@novistion - I'll try your trick...worth a try.
So, I've been having an issue the past week or so, which is starting to get slightly worse and more annoying each day.
If the key fob was in my left pocket, a week ago, there was a 50% chance it would allow the truck to start. If not....took is out, held it up....started every time.
Now, if the...
Won’t fix the issue, there is both a TSB out there for a software update and, in some cases (like mine), you’ll need a new camera module. It will come back intermittently. New camera module is apparently an update to a flawed run of installed cameras.
New camera installed....working flawlessly for about 8 hours now. I’ll report if the issue is completely resolved after a week or so. Tech did say the new ‘module’ and camera assembly is an update to a flawed design.....in other words, it’s a different camera, not just a faulty one.
