Skip e-torque?
In my 3300 miles of experience with eTorque, I have definitely noticed an improvement with towing. I have an 8.5x18 cargo trailer and have had it fairly heavy a couple times so far. Longhorn Instead of Limited because of Interior Trim
I went to the dealership to drive a limited. After the spin around town in that, saleman asked if I’d like to see the Longhorn too. One look at that interior and it was a done deal. -

Bed Storage Alternatives
Here's my current solution. A bungee (or rope) and some large S-biners. I've even had good luck hooking plastic grocery bags to it.
