Well good news. After a month and a half I finally have CarPlay again. They had to replace the radio. So far everything is working as it should thanks @RamCares
Still waiting. Dealer ordered a radio per FCA. Hoping that fixes the problem. Said it won’t be in until the 26th. We’ll see what happens. Been a month and a half since I brought it to the dealer. Still not feeling hopeful they’ll get it working

Mines at the dealer now. They thought it was the hub but that didn’t fix it. They want to keep the truck a few more days to figure out what is going on. It’s probably a wire issue like Neurobit had so I’m hoping I get a good tech like he had. I’ll post once i get my truck back
I’ve been dealing with the same issues. I went as far as even replacing the media hub 2 weeks ago with no change. I’ve tried 3 different phones and 3 cables (all apple cables). I have an appointment this weekend at the dealer. I will keep you posted
