    I Used a PAC AmpPRO 4 (AP4-CH41) to install the aftermarket amp and it works great. 2019 Ram Limited 12.1 screen.

    I didn't have any luck with the dealer, but my truck did a software update yesterday and now it all works as it should.

    Has any on had any issues with the SOS or Assist buttons not working on a 2019 RAM Limited? When i push either button it comes up on the screen like it works shows a call time as it would if it was connected but with no audio.
